Hello Everyone, Welcome To My Shop. My name is Mert. I am a 4rd year business student at Istanbul University. I live in Istanbul. Last year, we switched to the online platform for our carpet sales together with my father who has been in the carpet business for 35 years. I am very happy to be part of such an organization. We renew, repair and wash carpets/rugs that we collect from all over Turkey, and then we send to our customers. My father weaved carpets in Anatolian villages for years. For this reason, I grew up among carpet manufacturers and weavers so I can say that I have a natural interest in carpets. In other words, I had the opportunity to learn about carpet business and the carpet industry at an early age. I view hand-woven carpets as a work of art, not as a product or item, because I witnessed how difficult the carpet weaving process is. Years ago, we decided to open a carpet washing, dyeing and maintenance-repair factory with my father. This decision brought us to a better position in this sector and the sale of our carpets on the online platform is a new adventure for us. Customer satisfaction is my top priority. Professionally, my biggest goal is to satisfy my customers and introduce hand-woven carpets to the whole world.
